"Eco conscious home built on a narrow lot" sounds like it could be the description of a renovated Vancouver Special! However, this particular Live-Work home is found in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It boasts a well thought out floor plan and environmentally conscious design situated on a narrow lot.

Vancouver's First "Net Zero" Solar Powered Laneway House

Lanefab, a Vancouver company, has just completed work on the city's first "net zero" solar powered lane way house. Not only is it energy efficient but it looks great too.
